Seven league games into the season, Birmingham City are still looking for their first illusive win of the 18/19 campaign.

Three times this season they have took the lead in games, and three times they have thrown that lead away due to silly mistakes.

A decent performance against West Bromwich Albion on Friday night was undone by a defensive error, allowing Matt Phillips to strike for the Baggies, leaving Blues 21st in the table, after drawing five times, losing twice, and failing to find a win in their first seven league outings.

Things can only get better for Garry Monk's men, who could have been 2-0 up if Jota had converted his penalty, just a minute after netting the Blues' only goal of the evening.

There are some players just not doing it for City, and here we take a look at two players that clearly need to up their game...

Lee Camp has come under major criticism from the St. Andrews faithful this season following his arrival on a free contract from Sunderland in the summer.

The 34-year old has made a fair share of mistakes this season, and must look to improve in order to bolster a leaky Blues defence.

Pedersen made a huge error on Friday night and gifted Matt Phillips for the goal that eventually rescued a point for the Baggies.

It's these type of mistakes that Blues need to erase from their game, if they are to find their first win of the season and start climbing the table.
