West Brom will be preparing for life in the Championship and it could be a very busy summer at The Hawthorns with a lot of transfer activity expected.

The likes of Jonny Evans, Craig Dawson, Jay Rodriguez and Salomon Rondon are just some of the names that have been linked with a move away from the West Midlands in recent weeks and new boss Darren Moore will need to replace them.

As well as that, Albion have an ageing squad and new additions will be needed to freshen things up after what was a dismal campaign last time out.

Here we look at three signings we expect the Baggies to conclude in the coming month...

With Evans certain to leave on the cheap and Dawson expected to follow him out the door, signing defenders will be a priority this summer.

And, Albion could do a lot worse than Flint, who they are reportedly tracking.

The dominant centre-back is a proven, quality player in the second tier and is said to be available for around £9m which the Baggies should be able to finance.

As mentioned, strengthening the back four is a must and right-back Lainer is a man supposedly on Albion's radar.

The RB Salzburg player impressed on their run to the Europa League semi-final this season and is very comfortable on the ball and going forward.

Finally, like most sides who are going for promotion, Albion will be on the hunt for a proven goalscorer and they could go for Bournemouth's Grabban.

He scored 20 goals in the second tier last season for Sunderland and Aston Villa and that will appeal to Moore.

He is sure to be available too, with Grabban completely out of favour with the Premier League side.
