West Brom have their first game since Darren Moore was sacked when they host Swansea City tomorrow.

The former Albion player was surprisingly given his marching orders on Saturday after the Baggies were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Ipswich, which made it six home league games without a win.

A replacement hasn't yet been announced, so first-team coach James Shan will take charge for the clash against the Welsh side.

In reality, it's likely to be his only game in charge with a new boss expected before the weekend.

So, it will be interesting to see how he decides to setup, with many fans critical of Moore's tactics in the past few months.

Here we look at the XI we think he should go with...

[snack_break title="GK: Sam Johnstone"]

The keeper picks himself. Johnstone has proven himself at this level in the past and whilst he's not been at his best this season, he is still a very good option for Albion.

[snack_break title="RB: Mason Holgate"]

The on-loan Everton man missed the game against the Tractor Boys but he is expected to be fit for tomorrow.

And, if he is available he is an easy choice as he has settled in well since arriving in January, although he could have a tough evening against a quick Swansea front line.

[snack_break title="CB: Craig Dawson"]

Another straightforward choice, Dawson is a big figure for the Baggies at the heart of the defence.

[snack_break title="CB: Kyle Bartley"]

With Ahmed Hegazy a doubt, Shan won't want to take any risks, so Bartley should get a second successive start.

He needs to impress because he hasn't been near his best since making the move in the summer.

[snack_break title="LB: Conor Townsend"]

Kieran Gibbs is another regular from the back four expected to miss out and it's a big blow.

Moore tried to shoehorn Tosin Adarabioyo into left-back for the defeat and it didn't work. Townsend is the second-choice and brings balance to the side moving forward.

[snack_break title="RM: Matt Phillips"]

Shan needs to revert to a standard 4-4-2 and that should see Phillips restored to his natural position down the right flank.

He has great pace, power and skill and will be a major threat on the night.

[snack_break title="CM: Rekeem Harper"]

Central midfield has been a problem position for Albion this season.

However, Harper has been a class act when given the chance and if Shan picks the XI on what they've offered this season then the 19-year-old should be ahead of his more experienced teammates.

[snack_break title="CM: Stefan Johansen"]

The classy Norwegian is the most creative of the midfield options for West Brom and his passing range will be needed to help those in front of him.

[snack_break title="LM: Jacob Murphy"]

The on-loan Newcastle man will provide the width down the left and he will worry the Swans with his pace and quality on the ball.

[snack_break title="ST: Dwight Gayle"]

A major criticism of Moore was his decision to play Gayle out wide and it really was baffling.

Shan needs to get the striker back in his natural position and you would think goals will follow for the ex-Crystal Palace man.

[snack_break title="ST: Jay Rodriguez"]

Rodriguez is another pretty easy choice and he will be looking to end a run of four games without a goal.
