Tony Pulis got his second straight win in charge of Middlesbrough with a 2-0 win over North East rivals Sunderland in the FA Cup Third Round last weekend.

The former West Brom boss goes in search of his third consecutive Boro victory at home to Fulham this weekend.

Garry Monk's Boro drew 1-1 at Craven Cottage earlier in the season but both teams are in better shape and form this time around.

Rudy Gestede got a start against Sunderland and responded with a goal within ten minutes. He is a typical Pulis player but I think he should be a plan B, when things are not going well this season.

Record signing Britt Assombalonga is by far Boro's top scorer this season and his pace will cause Fulham more problems than the height of Gestede would.

Also, Fulham's main attacking outlet is Ryan Sessegnon, on the last wing. Ryan Shotton was managed by Pulis at Stoke and started at right-back against Sunderland.

However, the former Birmingham man is a centre-back by trade and doesn't have the pace needed to keep Sessegnon quiet. I would recall Republic of Ireland international Cyrus Christie, who is quicker across the ground.
