It's an exciting time to be a Leeds United fan with Marcelo Bielsa having his first day as the Whites boss yesterday.

The former Marseille and Athletic Bilbao boss is a real coup for the Yorkshire club and will be looking to make some major signings this summer.

Given his reputation in the game, the fact he joined Leeds suggests he is expecting big backing in order to make the side promotion candidates.

And, one player that could seriously improve the side is Hull City's Jarred Bowen.

As our graphic shows, the youngster was a standout player for the Tigers in what was a disappointing campaign, with his goal return extremely impressive.

Despite his role as a wide man, he has a record that many strikers would be proud of and his ability to find great positions, coolness in front of goal and his movement could be very effective in a Bielsa side.

The Argentinian likes to get his side playing quick, high-intensity football and that would suit Bowen's approach to the game and get the best out of him.

Additionally, it's not just his goalscoring that is impressive. The 21-year old likes to get involved in general play, evident with his one key pass and 1.8 shots per game which is something the Whites boss would demand.

Therefore, as Leeds look to back Bielsa with proven Championship players to help a promotion push, one vital addition could be Hull City's Bowen.
