Millwall have been fantastic in the Championship since Gary Rowett took over as manager, and now find themselves battling for a place in the play-offs.

There have been many key players who have impressed and one of those has been goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski who has saved the Lions a number of points throughout different games this season.

It has now been confirmed that the goalkeeper will spend the rest of the campaign at Millwall after his recall clause expired. This means that the Polish keeper cannot be recalled by parent club Ipswich Town at any point until the end of the season.

This is a huge boost for Millwall and one that will have taken a certain amount of worry away from Rowett's mind as he now knows that he won't have to start looking for another goalkeeper to sign any time soon.

He's not just good with his hands, as with is feet his statistics are particularly impressive. Bialkowski has managed to have a short pass accuracy of 96.6% which is sensational, whilst he's also got a 70% long pass accuracy which is a good success rate when hitting it up to the forwards.

The goalkeeper has become a big part of the side and he's only conceded 32 times throughout the current Championship campaign, which can also be a statistic that praises the defence playing in front of him.
