Leicester City look at the peak of their powers at the moment under Brendan Rodgers with them gunning for FA Cup success and a top-four finish in the Premier League.

Obviously, they were kings of England not so long ago but you might argue this current crop of players is stronger and it certainly seems as though the Foxes are set-up for sustainable success at the moment.

Can you remember some of these players playing in the blue of Leicester, though? There are eleven to try and recall...

Jay Spearing made nine appearances in total for the Foxes during a loan spell from Liverpool in 2010.

The midfielder came through at the Reds and featured on several occasions - particularly under Kenny Dalglish - before moving on to Bolton on a permanent basis.

He made over 100 league appearances for Wanderers whilst spells at Blackpool and now Tranmere Rovers have followed.

Gokhan Inler was actually part of the title-winning campaign but it is easy to forget given he only made five league appearances for the club in 15/16.

He was there just a year having looked a decent signing on paper before moving to Besiktas.

He now plays for Adana Demirspor.

Jeffrey Bruma spent time on loan with the Foxes in 2011 from Chelsea.

One of the many players to be shipped out by the Blues, Bruma made 11 appearances in the league for City during his time there.

He joined PSV on a permanent in 2013 before signing for Wolfsburg in 2016.

Collins John is perhaps most remembered on these shores for his time at Fulham in the Premier League, but he also spent time at Leicester City during his spell in England.

He was on loan with the Foxes in the 07/08 season, with him making 11 league appearances for the club.

Several clubs all over would follow once he left England, with him hanging his boots up in 2014 after playing for Pittsburgh Riverhounds.

Patrick van Aanholt was another loan arrival from Chelsea with him joining Leicester in 2011.

The full-back played 12 times for the Foxes with Sunderland eventually taking him on full time.

He's now at Crystal Palace having been with them in the Premier League for several years.

Tom Cleverley made 15 league appearances for Leicester during a loan spell from Manchester United in 2009.

After a spell with the Red Devils, he played for the likes of Everton and has now wound up at Watford.

He's now looking to get them back into the Premier League.

Keane was another to join Leicester on loan from Manchester United with him signing in 2012/13.

He made 22 league appearances for the Foxes with other spells on loan at the likes of Blackburn and Derby to follow.

Burnley gave him his big chance in the top-flight, with him now at Everton.

Winger Nicky Adams has spent a lot of time in the EFL during his career and he was at Leicester early on between 2008 and 2010.

He's spent time at the likes of Crawley, Bury, and Northampton with him joining Oldham in 2021.

He'll be looking to help them now in League Two.

Kevin Ellison made just the one appearance for Leicester City all the way back in 2001.

An EFL icon in many ways, Ellison has played for a number of clubs and is still going in League Two with Newport County.

His time at Leicester was brief, though, with his sole league game coming away at Manchester United.

Ben Hamer is a goalkeeper at Swansea City these days.

He's been at several clubs during his career and one of those was Leicester City.

He made 12 appearances for the club.

Ben Mee rounds off our list.

The now Burnley defender was on loan in 2011 from Manchester City and made 15 appearances for the club.

He's since made over 300 appearances for Burnley.
