Ilias Chair

The midfielder is clearly trusted now by Warburton and that makes him an important part of the team. At the start of the campaign there were games that Chair would sit out and it seemed as though the boss wasn't too sure on the youngster. Now, with Scowen leaving, he's only going to get more game time and develop even quicker.

It's important that he stays grounded and carries on performing and working hard for the club. There is now a big opportunity to make one of the midfield positions his own and it could really make the player in terms of his long-term future and overall development.

Mark Warburton

There's now key pressure on the manager to get some new players in before the transfer deadline. It wasn't like Scowen was massively underused or didn't feature, he even came on in the victory over Leeds. This shows that Warburton now needs to be trusted by the owners to bring in a couple more faces so there are no gaps in the squad.

He has changed a lot since coming to the club, and obviously it's a working progress but if they falter in these last few games of the campaign it is really hard to see where the club has improved apart from the fact that they've managed to bring through more youngsters with high potential.
