Queens Park Rangers host struggling Middlesbrough in the Championship tomorrow, as Mark Warburton looks to avoid three-straight defeats going into the international break.

Only Jonathan Woodgate’s Boro stand between QPR and the international break, and the West Londoners were in an identical position last month.

Beating Blackburn Rovers 4-2 before the start of the October international break meant Warburton’s team avoided three-straight losses, and he’ll be hoping for a win at home to Boro tomorrow to prevent the same outcome.

Woodgate’s side are 22nd in the Championship and with just one win from their last 11 games.

QPR meanwhile are 9th and a win tomorrow could take them as high as 5th.

Here we take a look at the likely XI that QPR will field tomorrow:

It should be a largely unchanged side to the one that lost at Leeds United last time out for QPR, in their familiar 5-3-2 formation.

Liam Kelly should make his seventh consecutive start for the club, and looks to be edging closer to his side’s first clean sheet of the season with performances steadily improving.

Lee Wallace made his debut at Leeds and proved an instant hit with fans - expect to see him to the left of Toni Leistner (if fit) and Grant Hall as the three centre-backs tomorrow.

Angel Rangel could well make way for Todd Kane tomorrow. Kane came on against Leeds and looked a more creative outlet on the right in favour of the veteran Spaniard.

Ryan Manning will surely keep his place on the left, with Ebere Eze and Ilias Chair the other two youngsters keeping their spot in midfield.

They’ll play either side of a holding midfielder.

This role has been the most contested in the side so far this season - Dominic Ball started the last game there, and should keep his spot in the side after a solid defensive performance against Leeds.

The formidable duo of Nahki Wells and Jordan Hugill will more than likely start up front - the latter scored six goals from 37 Championship games on-loan at Boro last season.
