Cardiff City will be looking to build upon their positive six match unbeaten run by following up their draw away at Hull City with a victory against Queens Park Rangers this weekend.

Neil Warnock's side have seen something of a mini upturn in form with the Bluebirds having picked up 10 points from a possible 18 available, in a six game streak without defeat that has featured victories over the likes of Middlesbrough and Huddersfield Town.

With the Championship table slowly starting to take shape, Warnock will no doubt be pushing for his side to rise up the table in the coming weeks, with the Welsh capital club currently sitting in 12th position after nine games played, in what has been a largely frustrating start to the season for the club since being relegated from the Premier League.

Despite a credible draw away at Hull City, we still expect Warnock to make at least one change to his starting XI in the upcoming game against QPR tomorrow night. Here is how we expect the Bluebirds to line up:

Alex Smithies will more than likely maintain his place between the sticks for the Bluebirds, with the 29-year-old former Huddersfield Town man being ever-present for the club this season, having played in all but one of Cardiff's league games this season.

We also expect Aden Flint and Sean Morrison to continue their blossoming partnership against QPR, with the two experienced centre-halves beginning to develop a clear understanding of how they can complement each other's strengths in the middle of the backline, after a shaky start at the beginning of the campaign.

Full backs Joe Bennett and Lee Peltier are both likely to keep their places in the starting eleven, with both players form having improved in recent weeks.

In midfield, we expect Warnock to stick with the three players who done well to nullify the threat of Hull's midfield trident, with Marlon Pack, Joe Ralls and Leandro Bacuna offering the right balance between defence and attack when in or out of possession.

Lastly, we expect Warnock to stick with the 4-3-3 formation, meaning that we can foresee Junior Hoilett maintaining his place on the left against his former club.

With both he and striker Robert Glatzel, who is starting to find his scoring boots, being supported on the right wing by Josh Murphy who we expect to come in for the out of form figure of Gavin Whyte, who has so far failed to live up the hype since arriving from League Oxford United during the summer.
