With the Lions all but relegated, it seems inevitable that there will be a lot of business in the summer with players being brought in and others being shipped out.

However, what the club won't want is to lose their prized assets and none more so than youngster Aiden O'Brien.

Since Neil Harris was put in temporary control, O'Brien has been something of a stalwart in the team and his performances have really justified his inclusion.

The 21-year-old scored his first senior goal for the Lions in a draw away against Brentford, but has received plaudits for his tireless running, excellent movement and link up play with fellow strike partner Lee Gregory.

This has attracted interest from West Ham, Crystal Palace, Everton and Swansea from the Premier League as well as Bournemouth, Ipswich, Brentford and Nottingham Forest from the Championship, according to teamtalk.com.

With one year left on his current deal the London club will have to move quick to tie him down before any movement from interested parties.
