Fulham have prided themselves for their history and heritage, being one of only a few traditional clubs whom remain, and their youth academy is part of that as they continue to produce promising prospects as years go by.

One who has taken up the headlines is 16 year-old Ryan Sessesgnon. The left-back appeared on the scene last summer and has become a prominent member of Fulham's first-team this season.

He made his debut for the Cottagers back in August in a League Cup encounter against Leyton Orient, and started his first league match just days later in a 1-1 draw with Leeds United.

Sessegnon became the youngest ever player to score in the Championship when he bagged his opening senior goal in against Cardiff City.

The defender has also racked up 15 caps for the England national team, at under-16 and 17 level.

Ryan Sessegnon's 18 appearances for Fulham this campaign has meant he's caught the eye of several top-flight outfits and a move in the summer is very likely, despite the London club preferring to keep hold of their top talent.

Cameron Borthwick-Jackson

The Manchester United defender is currently suffering from a lack of game time during his loan spell at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Cameron Borthwick-Jackson made a name for himself at Old Trafford when he was handed his debut by Louis van Gaal last season but the Red Devils felt he would benefit from getting regular minutes on the pitch, hence why he arrived at the Molienux in the summer.

Although, the 20 year-old has played in just seven games for Wolves this year and was set to be recalled by his parent club in January, but remains at the Championship side.

I very much doubt the full-back would be allowed to depart Manchester United on a permanent basis but if Ryan Sessesgnon was to leave Craven Cottage then Borthwick-Jackson is a perfect temporary replacement.

Massadio Haidara

Massadio Haidara's Newcastle United career has been unfortunate to say the least, with the Frenchman having suffered several injuries during his four-year stay in the north-east and may look for a fresh beginning in the summer.

The 24 year-old is yet to make a Championship appearance for the Magpies this season and has played in just two matches under Rafa Benitez, both coming in the FA Cup.

Overall, Haidara has been limited to under 50 matches for Newcastle and with Paul Dummett looking to have solidified his spot at left-back, the defender may be on the move.

Fulham could probably be able to afford to bring him to London, alongside his wage demands, and it's not beyond the realms of possibility that he will be replacing youngster Ryan Sessesgnon at the end of the campaign.

Cottagers, what do you think? Will Ryan Sessesgnon be on the move this summer? Would it damage his career if he left at such a young age? Are these two replacements realistic signings?
