Sheffield Wednesday are having another good season following last seasons playoff disappointment.

Manager Carlos Carvalhal has invested wisely in his squad, with the recent addition of Jordan Rhodes another sign of the clubs ambition to win promotion back to the Premier League for the first time since the turn of the millennium.

The Owls now have a squad full of talent and excellent players, and they have one of the strongest squads in the Championship.

However, with the January transfer window now out of the way, all attention will turn to the summer window and who stays and who goes in terms of playing personnel at Hillsborough.

Some players in the Owls squad will more than likely be looking to move on for one reason or another this summer, so with this in mind, we take a look at TWO Sheffield Wednesday players who should consider summer exits...

Gary Hooper

With the signing of Jordan Rhodes and also the addition of Sam Winnall, former Celtic man Hooper could well find himself looking for another club.

Hooper himself is top drawer, but he is not going to sit around and play second fiddle. If the chance arises for him to make a move elsewhere, he might well just be tempted to go somewhere to find regular first team football.

Atdhe Nuhiu

The big striker is another one who could fall foul of the amount of striking talent there is available in S6.

Some fans love him, but in equal measure there are those fans who simply do not see what the big man does. For this reason, Nuhiu could well find himself looking for a new club in the summer, a move which could probably suit all parties.
