West Ham United striker Ashley Fletcher is the latest player to be linked with a move to Garry Monk’s Leeds United in the January transfer window.
Italian Andrea Radrizzani recently completed the purchase of his 50 per cent stake of the club alongside other controverisal owner Massimo Cellino meaning that Garry Monk could have money to spend in January to help boost his squad for their promotion push.
Ashley Fletcher would be an exceptional coup for the Whites after impressing at Barnsley last season before earning himself a move to the Premier League with the Hammers.
It remains to be seen whether it will be a permanent move or a January loan but it is likely that West Ham will sanction some sort of move for Fletcher if Scott Hogan joins from Brentford.
Sitting in the play-offs, Garry Monk may look to use the January transfer window to bring in a few more players who can add some quality and depth into his squad as they look to return to the Premier League.
