On Saturday afternoon, Leeds United face Mick McCarthy's Ipswich Town who have been somewhat inconsistent so far this season.

The Tractor Boys face the in-form Leeds on the back of an impressive away draw against promotion chasing Brighton, who seem to be shaking in recent weeks.

In a way, the point earned by Ipswich helps Saturday's opposition Leeds as they continue in their push for promotion which not even the most optimistic Leeds fan could have ever imagined.

On paper, the Whites will go into the encounter as firm favourites but Town have a point to prove to their supporters who are asking questions of manager Mick McCarthy.

To break through the Leeds side, they will have to keep an eye out for their main men.

Over the next few pages, FLW writer Tom Rawcliffe will identity TWO Leeds players who could cause Ipswich more than a few problems on Saturday...

Chris Wood

As the Championship's third top scorer, Chris Wood is an obvious threat that Ipswich Town will have to be aware of.

With 19 goals to his name, the former Leicester forward has been prolific in front of goal this season and he goes into this weekend's encounter with eight goals in his last eight matches.

He is sure to give the Ipswich backline a lot of problems and if they don't pay thorough attention to the big forward then they can expect to pay the price.

Pablo Hernandez

Since arriving at Leeds United on loan at the beginning of the season, Pablo Hernandez has always looked capable of becoming a star.

But in recent weeks the Spaniard has really hit the heights at Elland Road and he has the ability to leave fans on the edge of their seats.

His creativity adds something to the side which other teams can only dream of and with five assists in his last eight games, he is up there with the best midfield maestro's in the division.
