Plenty of West Brom fans have given their opinions on their newly released pink goalkeeper kit - and most of them aren't too impressed.

The club announced the new kit earlier this afternoon (July 12) on Twitter, with keeper Sam Johnstone modelling the shirt.

The new home goalkeeper strip has a mostly pink top, but also has a velvet-kind of purple down the top half of the sleeves.

The shorts are similar, with the majority of the them being pink but with the bottom fifth having the same purple pattern that was on the main kit.

The socks are just plain pink.

The entire kit for an adult would cost you £92. The shirt is worth £55, the shorts are £25 and the socks are £12.

It is slightly less if you are a child, with the shirt costing £45 instead, but the socks and shorts remain the same price as the men's.

Unfortunately for West Brom, the fans haven't quite enjoyed it as much as they would've liked if Twitter is anything to go by.

Fans responded with messages and memes which expressed their discontent about the new home goalkeeper kit, with people calling the shirt "hideous" and "ghastly".

There were a few positive responses amongst the negative stuff, with one fan saying they "like it" and another even said they "love it".

Here are some of the best responses from Twitter...
