Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic has confirmed he is in talks with the club over extending his current deal with the club, reports Get West London.

Jokanovic’s current deal is set to run out in the summer, and after a successful 12-months with the club, he could be set to agree fresh terms.

Speaking to Get West London about his future, The Serbian said: “I'm under contract and I am motivated to keep going and that's it.

“We are talking about this right now. I am happy here and it's a great club and we need to be more successful than we are and that's it.”

Jokanovic took over at Craven Cottage in December 2015, and helped guide Fulham away from relegation, this season he has his side competing at the right end of the table.

Fulham currently sit eighth in the Sky Bet Championship, and are just six-points behind sixth placed Sheffield Wednesday.

The Cottagers are next in action on Sunday, turning their attentions to the FA Cup Fifth Round, where they face Tottenham Hotspur at Craven Cottage.

Jokanovic’s side are back in league action on Wednesday night, when they travel to struggling Bristol City.
