Daniel Ayala's Middlesbrough future has been thrown into doubt, and supporters are not happy.

According to reports by TeamTalk, the Spaniard could be sold in January as the Teessiders look to cash in on the star defender.

Among the clubs reportedly interested are Leeds United, Fulham and Stoke City.

Ayala's contract at the Riverside Stadium is due to expire next summer, and it's thought that he would have to take a sizeable paycut to agree terms with the North East side.
