Scottish side Hibernian have completed a move for Preston midfielder Chris Humphrey, Sky Sports have confirmed.

The pacey winger has signed a deal with the Scottish club until the end of the season, and he will be looking to get some first team football under his belt after falling out of favour at Deepdale this term.

This fall from favour has led to a mutual termination of his contract in Lancashire, and he has now completed a move to Hibernian on a free transfer on what appears to be a 6 month deal.

29-year-old Humphrey is a Jamaican international who has been with Preston since 2013. In his three years at Deepdale he has impressed with his tricky play on either flank, and he will no doubt be a solid addition for Hibernian for the rest of the season.

He made over 100 appearances for Preston during his time with the club, and will be hoping to earn himself a longer deal with some impressive performances up north.

Preston fans, what do you think? Good move for all? Let us know!
