A total of eight Championship clubs are interested in signing League Two striker Omar Bogle, according to Sky Sports reporter Ben Ransom.

The Grimsby forward has been monitored closely this season by many clubs due to his sensational form in England’s fourth tier.

24-year-old Bogle has scored an incredible 16 goals so far this season in just 22 games, and it is certainly no surprise that a Championship move is very much in the making for the former Birmingham man.

Reporter Ben Ransom understands that there are a total of 8 Championship clubs looking at bringing Bogle in and those are said to include Norwich City and Wigan Athletic.

The striker scored two goals in Grimsby’s most recent fixture and the supporters of the Mariners will be hoping that it wasn’t his last appearance in their black and white stripes.
