After a blistering start to the season, Wolverhampton Wanderers have been unable to maintain their form which saw the fans dreaming of a play-off finish.
Instead, Wolves sits in 19th place just five points above the relegation zone, after a difficult and disappointing season so far.
Despite the dip in form and change of manager, there have been a number of performers that have stood out both under Walter Zenga and Paul Lambert's management.
With genuine worries of being dragged into a relegation dogfight, if Wolves continue to struggle, some of Wolves' best performers will be attracting attention from fellow Championship sides and the Premier League.
Although Wolves are in a lowly position, some of their stand out performers have stood out not only as the best at Wolves but also as some of the best in the entire division.
FLW writer Elliott Wheat-Bowen looks at TWO Wolves players who will surely be men in demand in the summer.....
Helder Costa
One of the signings of the season in the Championship has been Wolverhampton Wanderers' acquisition of Helder Costa from S.L Benfica.
Costa has proved to be Wolves' stand-out performer as the club's leading goalscorer in all competitions, and also Wolves' most influential attacking player with eight assists in all competitions.
Despite Helder Costa making the permanent switch to Molineux, there is no doubt that the 23-year-old winger will be in demand in the summer, and a number of Premier League sides may attempt to test Wolves' resolve.
Kortney Hause
After making the switch from Wycombe to Wolves in 2014, Kortney Hause has gone from strength to strength as one of the most talented young English defenders in the Championship.
Hause has become a regular both for the England Under 20 side and also England's Under 21 side over the past two seasons.
The 21-year-old centre half has featured on a regular basis for Wolves this season, having created a relatively solid partnership with Danny Batth when he has featured.
Despite still being in the relatively early stages of his career, Hause already has vast experience of the Championship, having already made 50 appearances in the extremely competitive league.
It is an impressive feat and a testament to the talent and ability that Hause bestows.
As a talented young English talent, Kortney Hause could well be in demand in the summer with a number of Premier League sides looking at Hause as the next bright English talent to acquire and develop from the Football League.
