Aser Group Holding have completed their 50% takeover of Leeds United, the Whites' official site have confirmed.

Andrea Radrizzani, founder of the Aser Group Holding, now shares 50% of the club with controversial owner and fellow countryman Massimo Cellino.

The deal has been on the cards for quite sometime and Leeds fans will be delighted that Cellino no longer has full control of the club.

Radrizzani expressed his delight about now owning 50% of the club.

He told their official site: "I am delighted and proud to have acquired a 50 per cent stake in such a prestigious football club as Leeds United. I am excited by the challenge ahead and I will work alongside Massimo and everybody at the club to make Leeds United as successful as possible."

Leeds United have been flying in recent times under the leadership of Garry Monk and this news is only going to boost the club, as they look to challenge for promotion to the Premier League.
