Charlton Athletic head into their game against Derby County this weekend off the back of an entertaining 2-2 London derby draw at rivals Fulham, with strikes from Conor Gallagher and Macauley Bonne both finding the net for the Addicks.

Bonne has really come into his own in the past few weeks after a slow start, with the summer signing from Leyton Orient having found the back of the net twice in the three starts afforded to the 23-year-old by Addicks boss Lee Bowyer.

His crucial goals against both Leeds and Fulham have provided the south London based side with four points from two traditionally tough fixtures, thus contributing to their already healthy looking points total of 18 from a possible 33 so far.

It is clear that the youngster is held in high regard by the Valley faithful, with many taking to social media to demand he starts against the Rams this weekend.
