Wolverhampton Wanderers are also trying to sign the midfielder who's scored 17 times in League Two this season.

Wallace is beginning to look like one of the brightest prospects in the Football League, and it is no surprise to see a number of clubs interested.

Kit Symons is looking to reform his Fulham side with Football League talent, with players who are used to English football after their foreign signings last year thoroughly disappointed.

They're competing with sides who finished higher then them in the table last year to top signings, such as Lewis Dunk.

Kenny Jackett's Wolves side have also reportedly tabled a bid for him, but the Whites are still ahead in the chase.

Wolves had a super season after promotion from League One, narrowly missing out on the play-offs on goal difference. They're aiming for automatic promotion this year and are looking to add more quality to their side.

Fulham finished in seventeenth in the Championship accumulating 52 points, whilst Wolves finished seventh amassing 78 points.
