A daily round-up of all the comings and goings in the Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two.

The Championship

The stand out transfer across the whole Football League today is the movement of Leeds United's top scorer Ross McCormack to Fulham for a staggering £11 million.

Although the fee paid by Fulham is way over the odds, it is still a good addition to the squad with McCormack guaranteed to add goals to a side severely lacking in attacking options.

Former Chelsea youngster Sam Hutchinson made his loan move to Sheffield Wednesday permanent this afternoon, signing on a two-year deal. Hutchinson offers Wednesday versatility; a utility man able to play in various positions.

Charlton Athletic starlet and Sunderland manager Gus Poyet's son Diego today signed a four-year deal at Premier League side West Ham United. The central midfielder is destined for the top and joined the Hammers after an undisclosed compensation fee was agreed as Poyet is under 24.

League One

Bristol City made another excellent signing by completing a deal for Yeovil Town's Luke Ayling, after the defender's contract ran out. Like the transfer of Diego Poyet, Yeovil had to be paid a fee in compensation.

With Ayling coming into the Robins from Yeovil, City full-back Brendan Moloney went the other way; joining the Glovers on a two-year deal as part of the Ayling move.

The only other deal in League One was Braintree Town front man Dan Holman joining Colchester United on a two-year deal. Holman scored 24 goals in 69 games during his time with the Conference Premier side and Joe Dunne will be hoping that he can step up to the next level with this move.

League Two

Dagenham and Redbridge had a busy day today, signing two players with controversial pasts. The first was Torquay United midfielder Joss Labadie, who was banned for ten games in March of this year after biting an opponent during a match against Chesterfield.

The second signing is defender Matt Partridge, who has joined on a free from Reading. Partridge was arrested during August 2013 after attacking a motorcyclist in a lay-by. He was given a suspended sentence and so served no jail time.

Dagenham fans will be hoping that these two buck their ideas up as they have the talent to be two very good signings, as long as they sort out their various issues.

The other deal from League Two today was Plymouth Argyle signing James Bittner as a back-up to first choice ‘keeper Luke McCormick. Bittner joins the Pilgrims on a one-year deal.
