It has been reported that 25-year-old Ghanian winger David Accam is subject to interest from Sky Bet Championship clubs Norwich and Burton Albion - according to an article published on VitalNorwich.

Accam is a pacey winger who can also play in a central position, and has been at current club Chicago Fire since January 2015. Since the move, Accam has made 39 appearances for The Fire, scoring an impressive 18 goals and has contributed to a further 7 goals through assists.

He has been capped six times by his country Ghana, and has scored once for the Black Stars.

The versatile talent could definitely be a shrewd replacement for Nathan Redmond at Norwich as he seems to be a player of a similar mould, with the added bonus of seemingly being better in front of goal.

On the other side, he could also be a great acquisition for Burton Albion - he seems to possesses the pace, tenacity and skill that could definitely inspire the Brewers' to survival in the Sky Bet Championship in the upcoming campaign. If Nigel Clough can secure the signature of Accam it would be a massive statement of intent by the club from Stoke-on-Trent.

So... Norwich fans, would Accam be the perfect replacement for Redmond? Would the signing of the 25-year-old put you in a great position for promotion? Burton Albion fans.. Could Accam inspire you to survival? Would this be a great signal of intent from Clough? Leave thoughts and opinions below!
