According to the club’s official website, Bristol City defender Mark Little has been ruled out for a minimum of a month.

Mark Little came off at half time in Bristol City’s 2-1 defeat to Leeds United in midweek and it has been confirmed that he has sustained a hamstring tear.

Bristol City have confirmed now that Little will be on the sidelines for four to six weeks, which is an untimely blow as they look to escape the rut and fight against relegation.

The Robins currently sit two places and three points above the relegation zone and their poor form is a cause for concern, especially given their impressive start to the season.

Now they have been hit with the double injury blow of Mark Little – who has suffered a grade two tear to his hamstring – and Chelsea loanee Tammy Abraham, who has returned to Chelsea to have a scan on his thigh.

Bristol City fans – is this a blow? Who can step up in Little and Abraham’s absence? Can you stay up despite these injuries? Let us know in the comments below…
