Tammy Abraham set a new Championship record last night as he scored his 16th goal of the season in a 2-2 draw against Sheffield Wednesday - reports the Bristol Post.

His 16th goal in just 28 appearances has made him the youngest player in 20 years to reach that landmark.

He has also now passed Moussa Dembele who netted 15 goals last season for Fulham and is now coincidently a target for Abraham's parent club Chelsea.

Bristol City can count themselves very lucky that they've had the striker in their ranks this season especially considering he is responsible for just under half of their goals this season.

Abraham will be hoping that he can continue his fantastic run in front of goal and on his return to Chelsea - he will do whatever he can to push himself into Antonio Conte's future plans.

The Robins currently sit in 20th position in the Sky Bet Championship, after an abysmal season so far which has seen them win only once in their last 10 fixtures in the league.

Bristol City fans... How much of a pleasure has it been to watch Abraham so far this season? Does he deserve all the plaudits he's getting? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
