Brentford Manager Mark Warburton, Assistant Manager David Weir and Sporting Director Frank McParland

Warburton is a man who is highly sought after leading The Bees to promotion since taking over when former Manager Uwe Rosler moved to Wigan in December.

In April Brentford were promoted to the Sky Bet Championship for the first time in twenty one years after finishing second in Sky Bet League 1.

The promotion was secured after they beat Preston 1–0 at Griffin Park in front of 10,774 people sparking a pitch invasion.

Luck was with Brentford that day as they needed other results to go their way, and they did as Crawley beat Leyton Orient 2–1 and Wolves beat Rotherham 6–4 at Molineux, although there was an anxious wait as the Wolves match was delayed by several pitch invasions.
