Leeds are one of the biggest sides in the Championshi,p boasting one of the biggest trophy cabinets and fan bases in England let alone the Championship.

From the glory years in the 1970's to the Champions League years of the early noughties, the club was plunged into disaster in 2004 when financial disaster hit.

The club have slowly recovered from the damage done by poor owners, but sadly they look some way off becoming what they once were.

Their current owner is controversial Italian Massimo Cellino who goes through more managers than hot dinners, and this backroom instability is hindering the club's development.

There is also a factional split in the Leeds fans as some stand behind Cellino as he has cut the debts at Leeds, but some want him to leave as he has turned the club into a laughing stock as he seemingly hires a new manager every month and sells their best players.

But Cellino has invested in the side bringing in Dallas, Diagouraga and Wood as they look to build for next season.

Their current manager is Steve Evans and they sit in the bottom half with their season looking finished more or less as they won't make the play-offs or get relegated.

Here we take a look at FIVE players that will be in the Premier League before you know it......

The Leeds academy starlet was blooded at Bradford, York and most notably Fleetwood where he helped them gain promotion from League Two.

He has burst into the Leeds first team this season and is a regular fixture there, with the 22-year-old left back making over 50 appearances for Leeds now.

He is known for his pace down the flanks and link up play with Stuart Dallas.

He was linked with a winter move to Manchester United after Luke Shaw was injured but this never came to fruition.

Lewis Cook

The Leeds holding midfielder has been a regular in the Leeds first team since the start of last season, with the 19- year- old closing in on 70 appearances.

Seen as one of the finest young England prospects in the division, he was excellent alongside Murphy last season and as part of the Leeds engine room has been one of their bright sparks this season.

He caught the eye of Premier League Bournemouth in the winter and the club rejected bids and Cellino ensured he wouldn't be sold.

Cook was named the Football League Apprentice of the Year last season and came second in a fan poll of player of the season behind Alex Mowatt.

The youngster has also represented England at every youth level he can.

Alex Mowatt

mowattttt

The 21-year-old attacking midfielder is one of Leeds' finest young talents and is closing in on 100 appearances for the club.

He is a set piece specialist, possessing a sweet strike and accurate pass, he has represented England at youth level too.

He was voted as the best young player and overall best player of the season last year for Leeds.

Mowatt was left out of the side by Rosler at the start of the season, whilst Evans has reintroduced him and he has scored some outstanding goals with long range strikes against Cardiff and Huddersfield.

Stuart Dallas

dallasss

Dallas was excellent for Brentford last season, and bagged six goals in 38 games as they made the play-offs.

His excellent link up play with the frontman Andre Gray and his ability to cut in from the wing, whilst possessing a potent shot made him one of the most feared wingers in the league.

He has good pace and at the age of 24, has a big future ahead of him whilst also a Northern Ireland regular.

Luke Murphy

murphy

The 26-year-old central midfielder had formed a good partnership with Lewis Cook in the middle of the park for Leeds.

He is the more attacking side of the partnership and has amassed nearly 100 appearances for Leeds since his move from Crewe.

Murphy was nominated for player of the season last year but lost out to Mowatt, but is being scouted by several Premier League sides - he is a good passer of the ball with good vision.
