Nottingham Forest will be aiming to make it back-to-back victories in the Championship tomorrow when they head to The Valley to face Charlton Athletic.

The Reds were very impressive last Saturday against Birmingham City as goals from Joe Lolley, Michael Dawson and Lewis Grabban secured all three points at the City Ground.

Currently ninth in the Championship standings, Forest could close the gap between them and the top-six with a positive result on Wednesday.

However, with Charlton amassing a total of seven points from a possible nine on offer this season, the Reds know that they will have to be on top-form in order to have any chance of challenging Lee Bowyer's side.

Forest manager Sabri Lamouchi is set to be without long-term absentees Yohan Benalouane and Tendayi Darikwa due to injury (via the Nottingham Post) but could call upon the services of Albert Adomah and Tiago Silva who both made cameo appearances at the weekend.

Here, we take a look at the XI we expect the 47-year-old to go with against Charlton...

Having experienced a great deal of success with the 4-1-4-1 formation against Birmingham City, Lamouchi is set to deploy this particular set-up once again on Wednesday.

After keeping his first clean sheet for the club last weekend, Arijanet Muric is expected to feature in goal for the Reds ahead of fellow summer arrival Brice Samba.

In an unchanged back-four, Jack Robinson and Matty Cash will operate as the club's full-backs whilst Dawson and Joe Worrall will partner up in the heart of defence.

Ben Watson will continue in his role as Forest's anchorman midfielder whilst the impressive duo of Samba Sow and Alfa Semedo will feature in centre-midfield.

Having scored his first goal of the season last Saturday, Lolley is set to continue on the right-wing yet Lamouchi may opt to replace left-winger Sammy Ameobi with Adomah.

Although the former Newcastle United man hasn't exactly been poor for the Reds, Adomah's wealth of experience at this particular level could help in what is expected to be a tough away clash.

Rounding up Forest's starting eleven will be Grabban who will be looking to take his tally for the season to three goals having recently scored against Leeds United and Birmingham.
