League leaders Middlesbrough travel to second-placed Burnley in what could be a crucial game in deciding who gets the top two spots in the Sky Bet Championship.

The home side are on a 19-game unbeaten run and despite losing top spot to Tuesday's opponents last week, still very likely to secure promotion back to the Premier League.

Sean Dyche's side are just two points behind Boro, so a win would propel them back to the summit while defeat could see them slide out of the top two if Brighton win their game.

Middlesbrough are on their own run of form too, winning six games in a row - their best run since 1991 - and they will go to Turf Moor confident despite the Clarets' good form.

A win for the Teessiders will see them go five points clear of Burnley and while a defeat would see them drop below their opponents, they will remain in the top two whatever the outcome in the clash between Brighton and QPR.

Here are THREE things to look out for in the match......

1) Burnley looking to reclaim top spot

Only Northampton have a longer unbeaten run in the top four divisions than Burnley and they know that a win here will see them climb back to the summit of the Championship.

Midfielder George Boyd recently said that he is only thinking about winning the title and if his side were to fail to win tonight, that would surely be out of their reach.

Burnley look to be under more pressure to win this game than Boro, but they'll use that pressure to try to return to the top.

2) Boro to go until the final stages

If last weeks games taught us anything about this Middlesbrough side, its that they are willing to fight until the final whistle to win the game.

Stoppage time goals from Adam Forshaw and Jordan Rhodes against Reading and Bolton respectively saw them take a vital six points from two games.

If the game is still undecided in the final few minutes, you wouldn't bet against Boro to grab a late winner again.

3) The battle of the big money strikers

This game will see two of the most expensive strikers in the Championship face off as they look to get their sides over the finishing line and into the Premier League.

Andre Gray has had a massive impact since his summer arrival, scoring 24 times for his new side and being crowned Player of the Year at the recent Football League Awards.

Jordan Rhodes hasn't had the same sort of impact since his January move to the Riverside but all four of his goals at the club have come at crucial times, and with his record of being a streak-striker he'll be confident of finding the net again at Turf Moor.

Its certainly going to be an interesting battle to see which striker comes out on top in a crucial encounter.
