Championship leaders Middlesbrough travel to already relegated Bolton as they look to create a bigger gap between themselves and the chasing pack.

With Brighton's victory over Fulham on Friday night, Boro are a point clear at the top of the division and have the chance to put some pressure on Burnley, who play later in the afternoon.

Bolton have won just 26 points this season and with their relegation already confirmed, they will be playing for pride and possibly their futures on Saturday.

Boro, on the other hand, have won five games on the trot and they will go into the game full of confidence after Adam Forshaw converted a stoppage time winner to send his side top on Tuesday night.

Here are THREE things to look out for in the match!

1) Bolton players playing for their future

With the Trotters already down, a lot of the players that pull on the Bolton shirt on Saturday know that they will be playing for their futures, whether that is with or without Bolton.

The players, and interim manager Jimmy Phillips, go into the game with no pressure on their shoulders given their league position and Middlesbrough's form.

Some players will be determined to prove their worth, and Saturday will be the first opportunity to do that.

2) Can Boro handle the pressure?

While Middlesbrough have spent more time than any other side in the automatic promotion places this season, some still doubt whether they can handle the pressure of the promotion race.

Their win over Reading on Tuesday further demonstrated their credentials as potential champions and, with their less-than-impressive record against sides at the bottom, they'll be determined to prove that they can handle the heat.

Aitor Karanka has had a far from boring season and he will want his side to show that they can handle the pressure of being top.

3) Changes to the Boro side

With Boro putting everything into their game against Reading on Tuesday, and a potential title-decider in midweek against Burnley, Aitor Karanka may decide to make changes for Saturday's early kick-off.

The Spaniard will want his side to be fresh for the crunch game on Tuesday and that may mean he has to leave some of his key players on the bench.

It will be interesting to see the Boro XI when the team sheet is released before kick-off to see which changes Karanka has made.
