Queens Park Rangers boss Mark Warburton has given his side a major facelift since taking over as boss earlier this summer.

Warburton has made six additions to the Rs squad since his arrival, while a number of players have left on a free transfer and star player Luke Freeman has joined Sheffield United in the Premier League.

The 56-year-old has added the likes of defender Yoann Barbet and midfielder Matt Smith to his ranks, while he has also signed some of his former Rangers players in Lee Wallace, Dominic Ball and Liam Kelly

This all means that QPR's starting line-up should have a very different look when the season kicks off in August, with Warburton also likely to deploy his own system at the West London side.

QPR will surely further add to their squad before the season begins, but here's how the starting line-up could look currently with the new signings on board...

It will be a real tussle between Joe Lumley and Kelly to decide who starts in goals, but I think Lumley will retain his place at first. He was a solid performer last season and deserves his place at the start of the season, but I can definitely see Kelly working his way into the side.

I can see Warburton opting with two full-backs he knows well from his time at Rangers, with Wallace and Ball starting on either flank. Barbet has proven at Brentford that he is a top Championship defender, so I would expect him to get the nod at centre-back alongside last season's captain Toni Leistner.

Warburton could start with his preferred 4-3-3 formation, and the Rs have some exciting options in midfield with loanee duo Matt Smith and Luke Amos strong choices to start with at the heart of midfield. Josh Scowen delivered some fine performances last season, so I think he has a good chance of starting slightly further forward in the midfield three.

I think attack is the area where Warburton will be targeting to strengthen most, but I can currently see Eberechi Eze leading the line for the West Londoners. He is not a striker by trade, but I think he should be seen as the best option at present to lead the Rs' frontline. Out wide, Warburton could opt for Bright Osayi-Samuel on the left and Paul Smyth on the right. Osayi-Samuel impressed for the Rs in the second half of last season, while Smyth delivered a string of encouraging performances on loan at Accrington Stanley to put himself in contention.
