Dutchman Jaap Stam has been sensational since his appointment last summer at Reading, and has proven his worth with it being his first managerial job in his career, let alone the 44 year-old’s opening manager role in England.

He’s led the Royals to a rather impressive 3rd in the Sky Bet Championship, just six points behind second-placed Newcastle United.

Although, in my opinion, it’s not just tactics which impose excite the fans, but his ability to get bring in the right personnel.

In the summer Stam signed centre-back Liam Moore from Leicester City, a position which a what of Royals supporters were demanding needed improving – the ex-Manchester United defender has sense and doesn’t sign players for the fun of it, like some managers tend to do nowadays.

Another transfer window has arrived, and despite their terrific form, Reading will be looking to add to the attacking options over the next month.

Here are TWO strikers the Championship club need to attempt to seal a deal for over the next few weeks…..
