What a season it's been for Leeds United who look a strong bet for play-off victory come the end of the year.

Garry Monk has been a source of inspiration for the club as they've pulled away from lower-midtable mediocrity and into the play-off places, where they'll hope to make a shot at the play-offs and return to the top flight.

The club have taken a change in ownership model this week as Andrea Radrizzani purchased a 50% stake in the club from Massimo Cellino, who could be set to depart the club completely in the summer.

Players like Chris Wood have been a central part of Leeds' side and their march up the table, but the club could do with another centre forward to improve their standing if Wood were to become injured.

As a result, here are TWO strikers Leeds should have a look at bringing in this January......

Patrick Bamford

Championship player of the season whilst at Middlesbrough two years ago, Patrick Bamford has had a tough time adjusting to life in the Premier League with Crystal Palace, Norwich City and Burnley.

Chelsea could cancel his loan spell at Turf Moor, which could open the door to a move down to the Championship with Leeds.

Garry Monk should aim to secure his signature, as it would be a boost for the play-off hopefuls in their Premier League hunt.

Ashley Fletcher

Ashley Fletcher is a boy Leeds are extremely fond of.

The club tried to pip West Ham to his signature over the summer whilst he was at Manchester United, but the Hammers won the race.

Slaven Bilic is supposedly ready to let the young striker leave this January with Leeds once more extremely keen to add him to their ranks.

Fletcher would give Monk an alternative option to Chris Wood.
