Brentford host Huddersfield in the Championship this weekend, as the Bees look to record four-straight league wins for the first time since October 2015.

The league’s two form sides meet at Griffin Park tomorrow, in what’s bound to be an intriguing affair in West London.

Danny Cowley’s Huddersfield have taken 11 points from their last five games, and Thomas Frank’s Brentford ten.

Brentford go into the game on the back of a fine 3-1 win over west London rivals QPR on Monday night, where an Ollie Watkins brace either side of a Said Benrahma penalty gave them a night to remember at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.

It’s left them in the mid-table perch going into the weekend, but a win would push them ever-closer to the top-six, as Frank’s turnaround at the club marches on.

He’ll have plenty to ponder going into the game tomorrow, and here we take a look at two selection changes he could consider for tomorrow:

Kamohelo Mokotjo out, Mathias Jensen in?

The South African international has been a valiant servant of Brentford’s since joining from Dutch side FC Twente in 2017, but this season he’s played more of a bit-part role at the club making five starts all campaign.

He started against QPR on Monday but had an uneventful game in midfield, and Frank could well see Mathias Jensen a more suitable candidate for the visit of Huddersfield.

Jensen has come off the bench in Brentford’s last two games so should be fit and raring to go this weekend - his physical ability would give his side some added steel in the middle of the park, and Frank could well prefer him over Mokotjo.

Rico Henry out, Dominic Thompson in?

With Brentford in such good form, it’s hard to find anywhere for Frank to better for this weekend.

Though instead of trying to bolster his side, Frank could well choose to rest one or two players against lowly Huddersfield.

Left-back Rico Henry has played every minute bar twenty for Brentford this season, and his manager could well give him a rest this weekend as to not overrun the 22-year-old.

He’s been in fantastic form for the Bees this season and his side would definitely miss him, but a rest wouldn't go amiss and it would open the door for another player to come in and have a chance.

Dominic Thompson could be that man.

The 19-year-old is yet to make his league debut for the club since joining from Arsenal in the summer, but he could be in-line to make his debut against Huddersfield this weekend.

Fans would love to see the youngster be given a go in the Championship - he’s a highly-regarded left-back with a strong physical side to his game, and would likely thrive under the pressure of making his debut this weekend.
