Jack Clarke remains Queens Park Rangers' sole signing of this transfer window.

The 19-year-old joined earlier in the month on-loan from Tottenham Hotspurs, who cut short his season-long loan-spell at Elland Road.

Marcelo Bielsa had handed him just one substitute appearance all season, but Mark Warburton has since handed him refuge, making his debut against Leeds in a 1-0 win for the R's.

But can QPR fans expect to see anymore faces walk through the doors this month? Nahki Wells has today been recalled by Burnley, the news that fans have been dreading all month has finally been announced, but that could be a good thing - Burnley could well be preparing to off-load the striker, and QPR look the favourites to land him.

Warburton was also said to be in for a central defender this month, but that plan has since been quashed.

Conor Masterson made his debut in the FA Cup win over Swansea City at the start of the month, and has since made his full Championship debut too - he's been so impressive that Warburton has scrapped his plans for a new centre-half, and will instead utilise the Irishman.

But transfers are always in the making, and here's two that could realistically go through this week at QPR:

Nahki Wells - In

Wells' exit may indicate his permanent arrival at QPR. Sean Dyche has recalled him and is expected to try and off-load him in this final week of the transfer window.

£5 million is said to be the asking price - the fee that Burnley paid Huddersfield for him in 2017. QPR immediately stated their interest in Wells after he was recalled earlier today, but insisted that they'll only make it happen if it's 'financially feasible'.

That's a lot of money for a club who were fined in excess of £40 million for their FFP escapades only a few years ago, and he'll likely be on a healthy wage too.

It's the move that QPR fans would love to see happen most, but the situation remains the same as it has done since he arrived - it's out of both Wells' and QPR's hands, and the ball is entirely in Burnley's court now.

Bright Osayi-Samuel - Out

If losing their star striker wasn't enough, QPR now face competition to keep hold of Bright Osayi-Samuel this transfer window. The 22-year-old has come into his own over the last few weeks, establishing himself as one the club's and indeed the league's most dangerous wingers.

It took Warburton a while to give him an extended run in the first-team but Osayi-Samuel has quickly proved his worth, and now he's attracting Premier League interest - Burnley of all clubs.

Dyche could yet again deal QPR a nasty transfer blow this week by making a move for the winger, but that could also indicate a potential trade deal involving Wells - a lot can happen in a week and for QPR, they now just need to wait.
